Wedding Photography Donegal. Congratulations to Lorraine and Shane who where married in St Joseph’s Church The Rock Ballyshannon on Saturday 4th August 2012. St Josephs Church is a lovely church and sure I would say that anyway as it is the Church that I got married in myself back in September 2007. Fr Frank Mc Manus was on duty for Lorraine and Shane as he was on my own big day! The day itself  was a lovely warm summers day and the rain kept at bay- something that has to be counted as a blessing and rain is something you have to put up with if you practice wedding photography Donegal. After the wedding ceremony we headed to a field owned by groomsman Martin Warren that overlooks the Erne estuary and the sand-hills at Finner and the Dartry Mountains in the distance to take some photos and what a view we had- it was a stunning location, I really like the photo that I captured of the young flower girl sitting back on the bale of hay just relaxing and enjoying the warmth of the rare summers day. We all really enjoyed the view and soaked up the heat that the sun was sending our way as it sneaked in and out of the clouds. After some bridal party and bride and groom photos and a few glasses of champagne we all took off towards Donegal Town for the reception in the Lovely Central Hotel. I always like to get a few shots of the bride and groom arriving at the hotel so my brother and assistant Eunan drove the car and let me jump out with the camera while he went round the diamond fifty times trying to park the car- the joys eh! Wedding photography Donegal is a real pleasure with a great bride and groom like Lorraine and Shane here are some of the photos from the wedding day…. enjoy…..
