Weddings In The Mill Park Hotel Donegal Town Eimear And Fergus

Weddings In The Mill Park Hotel Donegal Town. Congratulations to Eimear Mullin and Fergus Carey who where married in St Patrick’s Church Ballyshannon on Saturday 22nd February 2014. I started my day off with a trip to see Eimear and her sister and bridesmaid Shauna in Eimear’s mum’s house which is only a few hundred meters from my own house in Kinlough Co. Leitrim- so an easy start to the day for me. The girls where very relaxed and really just enjoying the build up to the wedding, I even managed to spray Eimear in the eye with a bottle of hair spray and she was totally cool and unfazed by my eejitness and laughed it off- sure one good eye is enough for anyone!! After leaving the girls to relax for a while I headed to St Patrick’s church in Ballyshannon to catch up with Fergus and his brother and groomsman Darragh. We got some great photos of the guests arriving for the ceremony and the wind and cold made for some great windswept hairstyles- no need for me to worry on that front. Fr Dermot Nestor presided over the wedding and he made everyone relaxed and welcome. When the ceremony was over the guests made their way to the hotel while myself and the bridal party went for some photos. First stop was the Thatch Pub in Ballyshannon and then we made our way to Murvagh. It was cold, very windy and raining so we literally jumped out of the cars got some shots and jumped back in- but we managed to get some amazing photos in those few minutes- a big thank you to Eimear and Fergus for thinking of sunnier climes and braving the elements. After our quick stop in Murvagh we then headed to The Mill Park Hotel for the reception. Weddings in the Mill Park Hotel Donegal Town are a favorite of mine as the hotel is beautiful both inside and out so no matter what the weather is doing you know you will get amazing wedding photos at Mill Park Hotel weddings. The other big occasion on the day was the meeting of Ireland and England in the six nations and as we arrived in the hotel the men where all parked at the bar with eyes firmly fixed on the large screen TV’s. Unfortunately Ireland came up a bit short on the day but the party was on and the guests where determined to to have an amazing time and that they did. I would like to thank Eimear and Fergus for allowing me to capture their special day and wish them the very best for the future, below is a list of the various wedding vendors who helped make the wedding such a great occasion and links to their websites so get in touch with them if you are planning your own wedding.
