Wineport Lodge Hotel Wedding

Congratulations to Fiona Stack and Barry Lennon who where married in St Columcilles church Ballinahown Co. Westmeath on the 9th December 2014 followed by a Wineport Lodge Hotel Wedding reception for their family and friends in picturesque Glasson. It was an early start for myself and Sinead as we set off for the trip down to Glasson in Co. Westmeath for Fiona and Barry’s wedding. The weather was as bad as you can get in winter in Ireland and we had a mixture of rain, hail, sleet and just for good measure a gale force wind- sure isn’t Ireland Grand!

On our arrival at the Wineport Lodge hotel where Fiona and her sisters where getting ready for the wedding the girls where is great spirits and they made us feel so welcome and Sinead was so glad to feel the heat of the room after the freezing temperatures outside. We got busy straight away getting some detail shots as Fiona got herself ready and after a few photos with her mum and dad we made our way to the lobby to get a quick photo of Foina with her gran before leaving for the wedding ceremony.

The wedding ceremony took place in the beautiful St. Columcilles church in Ballinahown and after the ceremony we got some family photos and a few shots with Fiona and Barry before the quick trip back to the hotel for the wedding reception. As the wind whipped up the lake outside we made our way around the hotel getting a few wedding photos with Fiona and Barry before making our way into the reception room which was looking amazing with both wedding and Christmas decorations. As you can see from the photos this wedding is bringing together  Donegal and Dublin families and as I am also a proud Donegal man I must say that Fiona will always have the upper hand on Barry – remember 92′ and 14′!!! I would like to take this opportunity to wish both Fiona and Barry the very best for their future and thank them for allowing me be part of their special day, below are some of the vendors who helped make their wedding so special,
