Cromleach Lodge Hotel Sligo Wedding Noeleen + Seamus

Congratulations to Noeleen Brennan and Seamus Thompson who where married on the 30th May 2015 in St Kevin’s church Keash Co. Sligo followed by a Cromleach Lodge Hotel Sligo Wedding reception for their family and friends. The morning of the wedding started off very brightly with a good deal of sun knocking about but according to the weather man it was not to last and for once he was right! Our first stop on the morning of the wedding was at Cromleach Lodge hotel where Seamus was getting ready, he had his hands well and truly full as he also had to get the three page boys Liam, Seamie Jr and Conor ready and there was no sign of any help from the grooms-men Paul, Eddie or Liam, although having said that Seamus had everything under control and was entertaining the boys as he got himself suited and booted. Myself and Sinead met up with Noeleen and her bridesmaids Lorraine, Molly and Christine and also the two flower girls Ava and Emily in their home in Keash Co. Sligo. The girls where all busy with hair and make-up and the the house was buzzing with excitement. There was a huge amount of thought and effort put into the wedding by both Noeleen and Seamus and it was evident that they had been busy leading up to the day with all the little details and personal touches – it is great to have lots of details to photograph in the morning as it gets the mind and body up to speed for the busy day ahead. The church for the wedding ceremony was St Kevins in Keash and it was only a two minute drive to it from Noeleens house. The guests where starting to arrive and where busy chatting with Seamus when we got there and thankfully it was still dry. After the beautiful ceremony we got some family photos done outside the church and then we got in the cars and made our way to the famous caves in Keash for our first photo stop. The caves themselves are high up on the cliff face and it is possible to walk up to them but we where more than happy to stay in the lower field and use the caves as a great backdrop for the photos. We then made our way to a small jetty on the shore of Lough Arrow that is right in front of Cromleach Lodge hotel. By this time the sky had turned a menacing dark grey and a few spots of rain had started to fall. We worked quickly and got a few more shots done in the large meadow beside the ruins of the old Abbey before the heavens opened up and the rain came down in bucket fulls.As we had the photos done we made our way to the Cromleach Lodge Hotel Sligo Wedding  reception where the families and friends of Noeleen and Seamus where waiting on the new bride and groom. It was a great reception and the staff at a Cromleach Lodge Hotel Sligo Wedding really do make you feel welcome in the hotel. I would like to thank Noeleen and Seamus for having us as part of their wedding day and would like to wish them both the very best for their future together, below are some of the photos from their brilliant wedding day…..enjoy…..
