Mill Park Hotel Donegal Wedding Siobhan + Kieran
Mill Park Hotel Donegal Wedding Siobhan + Kieran
Congratulations to Siobhan Patton and Kieran Duffy who where married in St Mary’s Church Cashelard on Saturday the 13th June 2015 followed by a fantastic Mill Park Hotel Donegal wedding reception for their families and friends. I started my day off with a trip out the Knather in Ballyshannon to Siobhan’s home house where she and her bridesmaid Marie along with flower girls Ellie Marie, รine, Fiadh, Amelia and cute little baby Beth- who had the biggest smile all day- were getting ready for the big day ahead. Siobhan was very relaxed and Fiona from An Collean Deas in Ballyshannon was busy getting everybody’s make up done. Everywhere I looked there was a wedding detail to photograph and I knew looking around that Siobhan and Kieran had made a huge effort to make their day really special. The wedding bouquet and flowers really stood out to me as they where beautiful colours and had a vintage feel to them and when I asked Siobhan about them she told me that it was actually her aunt Marion who did them and what a job she did too, you can view more of Marion’s stunning floral creations on her Facebook Page on the link below. As it was a nice day we managed to get some photos in the garden with Siobhan and her family before we made our way to St Mary’s Church in Cashelard for the wedding ceremony. On arrival at the church we met with Kieran and his grooms-man Rodger who were busy handing out the mass booklets and greeting the arriving guests. There was some help for Kieran and Rodger in the form of the page boys Jamie, Ethan, Ordhan and Rรญan who all looked so dapper in their suits. After the wedding ceremony the guests made the short trip to Whoriskeys bar for some refreshments and a chat and a laugh. From Cashelard we made our way towards Donegal town for the reception in the Mill Park Hotel but we made a stop in Murvagh first for some photos with the wedding party. The view across Donegal bay from the sand dunes in Murvagh is really spectacular and the light you get there is second to none. On arrival at the Mill Park we made our way to the ballroom for a quick shot with the wedding cake and Kieran informed me that he had made the cake stand himself along with all the candle stands on the tables – as I said earlier Siobhan and Kieran really made a big effort to personalise their wedding and it really shone through. The Cufflinks wedding band provided the evenings entertainment and they had the dance floor in the Mill Park filled all night. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Siobhan and Kieran the very best for their future and thank them for allowing me to be part of their special day. Below are a list of the other vendors who helped make Sionhan and Kieran’s wedding day so special to them.
