Newborn Baby Photography in Sligo: Baby Tom Lannon with Mum Clare and Dad Enda
Newborn Baby Photography in Sligo
Newborn Baby Photography in Sligo. Photographing a newborn baby is really something special to do. At this stage in their lives they are so helpless and really are magical, It is great to witness the love that is so giving that the parents show their little bundle of joy. Sure they can keep you up at night and keep you on your toes getting bottles ready or changing nappies every few minutes but there is not a new parent out there that would change any single minute of it. Sometimes I can go to photograph a newborn baby and they are so alert and seem to take an age to get into that really deep sleep that allows us to take the lovely posed sleeping photos and other times the baby is hard to waken to get the photos with the parents but all in all it is a great job to have. Welcome to the world baby Tom. Last Monday I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing baby Tom Lannon. Tom was only two weeks old for the photo-shoot, he was born on the 2nd December 2012- he shares the same birthday as myself. Tom weighed in at 9lb 12oz and was 54cm long. For his first ever photo-shoot Tom was a star, he slept soundly when required and he gave his all crying when we needed some drama for the photos, Clare and Enda will make wonderful parents and I would like to wish them all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Here are some of the photos from Tom's shoot if you enjoy them please feel free to share and leave a comment below.....

Congratulations to Michelle and Ryan who were married on the 28th of October 2017 in St Patrick’s Church Donegal town followed by a brilliant wedding reception in the 5 star Solis Lough Eske Castle Hotel in Donegal for their families and friends. I started my day off with a trip down to Lough Eske Castle where Michelle and her bridesmaid Aoife were getting ready. Once you clear the tree lined road and the castle emerges from the woods it is obvious why Michelle and Ryan would choose to be married here- such an amazing gem of a location and venue. When I arrived in the room Michelle and Aoife were getting hair and makeup done by the very talented Louise Mc Donnell from LMD Salon. The girls were very relaxed and Michelle’s mum Kathleen and dad James were on hand to help keep the girls in great spirits.
